Mission
The Institute of International Training (IIT) serves as an advisory body to the Rector in organizing and managing international cooperation activities and providing training services with foreign elements in accordance with the law and the University's regulations.
The mission and duties of the IIT include:
- Implementing contracts under the framework of signed projects;
- Conducting promotional and recruitment activities for international joint training programs;
- Developing and organizing plans, schedules, and timetables for international joint training programs;
- Assigning, supervising, and monitoring teaching schedules of lecturers, speakers, researchers, and practical instructors involved in international joint training programs;
- Organizing transportation and providing support for foreign lecturers within the framework of international joint training programs;
- Participating in the implementation of faculty and student exchange programs between the University and international partners;
- Managing all aspects of students in international joint training programs, including admission records, enrollment documentation, and graduation files;
- Managing database software for training and participating in quality assurance activities as delegated;
- Administering financial revenues and expenditures according to the University's financial management delegation;
- Overseeing specialized training programs in Commercial French and Commercial Chinese as assigned by the Rector;
- Organizing scientific seminars, discussions, and academic exchanges with foreign training and research institutions;
- Offering short-term training and professional development services with the involvement of foreign experts;
- Carrying out student support activities as delegated by the Rector;
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Rector.
